1 Pre-travel program for soccer players born on or after August 1, 2002
2 Grade 3 Developmental program will be offered at an additional cost (Inquire about details)
Registration Information
Registration will be held 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM on March 17th, 2012 at Sousa School. Registration is $125 per season (scholarships are available).
In accordance with ENYYSA requirements, parents are requested to register online at www.pwsoccer.com. Please bring your receipt to registration on March 17th. For those registering on March 17th, please fill out the application on the back. There will be no refunds after the start of the season. Checks should be made payable to the Port Washington Soccer Club (PWSC) and submitted with the application.
*** ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE IN PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SEASON***

Notes:
1. The season will start with practices on March 19th and games on March 24th
2. There will be no games on Saturday April 7thd and Sunday April 8th
3. There will be no games on Saturday May 26th, Sunday May 27th and Monday May 28th
4. New uniforms will be used starting in the Fall 2011 season and will be used for both the Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 seasons.

Any questions regarding the cancellation of games and practices will be on a recorded message on the club phone (767-3944) and posted to the Club’s website (www.pwsoccer.com). If there is no school on a weekday in Port Washington, then there is no intramural practice that day. You can also e-mail the club at intramurals@pwsoccer.com for the fastest response to a question.
