1 Pre-travel program for soccer players born on or after August 1, 2003
2 Grade 2 & 3 Developmental programs will be offered at an additional cost (Inquire about details)
Registration Information
Registration will be held 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM on September 8th, 2012 at Sousa School. Registration is $125 per season for Pre K & K (scholarships are available). Registration is $160 per season for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Grade (scholarships are available).
In accordance with ENYYSA requirements, parents are requested to register online at www.pwsoccer.com. Please bring your receipt to registration on September 8th. For those registering on September 8th, please fill out the application on the back. There will be no refunds after the start of the season. Checks should be made payable to the Port Washington Soccer Club (PWSC) and submitted with the application.

Notes:
1. The season will start with practices on September 10 and games on September 15
2. There will be no practice on September 17 and September 25th & 26th
3. There will be no games on Saturday October 6 and October 7
4. There will be no practice on October 8
5. New uniforms will be used starting in the Fall 2012 season and will be used for both the Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 seasons.

Any questions regarding the cancellation of games and practices will be on a recorded message on the club phone (767-3944) and posted to the Club’s website (www.pwsoccer.com). If there is no school on a weekday in Port Washington, then there is no intramural practice that day. You can also e-mail the club at intramurals@pwsoccer.com for the fastest response to a question.
