ALWAYS bring, to every game, the following:
- Water Bottle with water: no fruit juice or gatorade which leads to sugar burn out.
- Uniform (both shirts)
- Undershirt in case we need to change shirts
- Shin Guards
- Socks to cover shin guards
- Cleats
- Bag
- Ball
- Backpack to carry it all.
Please do NOT wear jewelry: earrings, necklaces, etc. Only soft hair ties.
And NO SLEEPOVERS THE NIGHT BEFORE (a morning game)!!!!
