 Age specifies what the child’s age will be in the Fall of 2013. The tryout location is a school unless otherwise indicated. Please come to the field with shin guards (mandatory), cleats, a soccer ball and plenty of water.

The concept is to allow these age groups to play small-sided games under adult supervision, but with limited coaching in order to let "the game be the teacher." The first FreePlay session will commence on April 11th and continue every Thursday until June 13th...i

The session will be divided by age groups:

4:00pm to 5:00pm Kindergarten and First Grade Boys and Girls

5:00pm to 6:00pm Second and Third Grade Boys and Girls 

Location: Manorhaven School

Please have your child bring their ball, plenty of water, and wear shin-guards. Cleats are optional, but recommended.

The PWSC will conduct the Spring 2013 Goalkeeping Clinic on Tuesdays from 5pm to 7pm at Harbor Links. The session will be separated into two age groups. The first session from 5pm to 6pm will be for U12 (6th grade) Travel players and younger Pre-Travel players (3rd Grade). The second session from 6pm to 7pm will be for U13 (7th grade) and older. All interested registered Travel and Pre-Travel players can attend. Each participant should come to each session with proper goalie attire (protection), goalie gloves and a ball.

]]> http://www.pwsoccer.com/home/509761.html 5 Star Soccer Hired for Pre-Travel Intramural Training 03/03/2009 10:14 AM http://www.pwsoccer.com/home/310579.html The Port Washington Soccer Club is pleased to announce that it had hired 5 Star Soccer Academy to run its Pre-Travel Training program.  Developed in 2002, the Pre-Travel Training program was designed to prepare third graders for the challenges and rigors of U-10 soccer in the Long Island Junior Soccer League.  The program encompasses two mid-week training sessions (Tuesdays and Fridays) as well as games on Saturday mornings, with junior referees.  5 Star Soccer Academy personnel Mykel Butler and Craig Canavan are managing the program.
