Registration will be held 9AM-12PM on September 10th at Sousa School. Online registration is open now and closes September.  Registration is $145.00 per season (scholarships are available).

In accordance with ENYSSA requirements, parents are requested to register online at www.pwsoccer.com.  For those registering on September 10th, please fill out the application on the back.  There will be no refunds after the start of the season. Checks should be made payable to the Port Washington Soccer Club (PWSC) and submitted with the application.

Notes:

1. The season will start with games and practices the week of Sept. 10

2. There will be No practice/games October 8^th,9^th & 10th

3.  New uniforms will be distributed in the Fall 2011 season and will be used for both the       Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 seasons.

4. Any questions regarding the cancellation of games and practices will be on a recorded message on the club phone (767-3944) and posted to the Club’s website (www.pwsoccer.com).
